This is a basic introduction to animal role play, helpful for both animal and trainer. Remember that not all animals are submissive, and not all trainers are dominant…

In Power Animal Behaviour we discussed how to find and develop your inner animal(s), and how to study the biological animals for inspiration. In this class we will discuss and test how to play in the role of your animal(s), and what to do with your partner when they are in their animal role(s).

There are different focuses on animal role play, and reasons for doing it. This class will discuss the different reasons and reasonings.

How much equipment do you need to get? And where can you find it?

We will also have some hands-on practices during class.

Some animals are more common, and the focus will be on these (pony, puppy and cat), but all animals are welcome, and we will help you find ideas on what to do to express your animal selves.

Workshop leader is Mita, who arranges pony play events spring-autumn and leash walks in the winter. She has been developing her pony and puppy persona the past three years.

Language will probably be in Swedish, but Mita has no trouble switching to English if that is better for the attendants.

Det här är en grundläggande introduktion I djurlek, tänkt att vara till hjälp för både den som vill utveckla en djurisk personlighet samt den som vill träna ett djur. Kom ihåg att inte alla djur är undergivna, och att inte heller alla tränare är dominanta...

I Power Animal Behaviour diskuterade vi hur man hittar och utvecklar sitt inre djur, samt hur man kan studera de biologiska djuren för inspiration. Nu skall vi gå igenom hur man gör lite mer praktiskt; vad man kan hitta på att göra när man går in i rollerna som tränare/djur.

Det finns olika skäl och fokus i djurlekar; under den här klassen kommer vi att gå igenom dessa.

Hur mycket utrustning behöver man egentligen? Och var hittar man den?

Vi kommer även att ha lite praktiska moment, för att ge deltagarna tillfälle att prova på, att klämma och känna lite.

Vissa djurpersonligheter är vanligare än andra, och fokus kommer att vara på häst, hund och katt. Men alla personligheter är välkomna och vi kommer att hjälpa dig att komma på sätt att leka med just ditt inre djur.

Utbildare är Mita, som arrangerar ponnyevent när vädret tillåter, och koppelpromenader på vintern. Hon har arbetat med att utveckla sin häst- och hundpersonlighet de senaste treåren.

Språk kommer troligtvis att vara svenska, om det inte är så att klassen hellre vill ha engelska.
