Come and join us for the Copenhagen Pride Parade

Again this year ManiFest will join the Copenhagen Pride Parade on Saturday 17 August 2019 - and we have some new ideas this year!

Are you going to join us - then read about how attend and register below.

For many years we have participated in the parade, and it has always been fun and full of good experiences. There is something special about walking around the streets of Copenhagen in your gorgeous looking dress with happy spectators in the streets. That's why we give it all we got and participate with a large group - and you are very welcome to join!

FREDERIKSBERG RÅDHUSPLADS 12.30 AND DRESSCODE
We meet at Frederiksberg Town Hall at 12.30 – be on your marks because 13.00, the parade starts.

When you go with ManiFest, you must at least comply with the ManiFest dress code - but please give full throttle so we, as usual, become the most photographed. If you don't want to be recognized in the medias or by people in the street, it's fine with the mask.

Remember that we must keep the fine line in relation to the fact that many families with children are on the route. They must have something to talk about, but we should not exceed their limits in an bad or uncomfortable way. ManiFest provides cold refreshments in the form of beer, cider, water and sodas.

PARADE WARM UP AND TURNING UP THE VOLUME!
This year we have a mother fu..ing sound system to make a good vibe in the streets of Copenhagen. So to get in the right mood we invite you to a little warm up in the waiting area, where we shine, tighten corsets, fix the make up, while we enjoy a cold refreshment and pimp our tow truck.

AFTER PRIDE AT BYHAVEN; PUMPEHUSET
This year, we plan to hang out a little on Rådhuspladsen (look for the ManiFest banner), and then ManiFest move to the Byhaven at Pumpehuset, which is very close from Rådhuspladsen. Here we have booked a table for us and we can get some food and drink.

Copenhagen Pride would like to know how many we are, and we would like to know if it is enough with 6 cold Tuborg, or we should fill the thermo containers to the max. And Byhaven also like to know how many tables they have to reserve.

At the last party we had the participation of SLM with huge success. Although there are not so many homos in the ManiFest family, it is important to demonstrate diversity, hedonism, liberty and the right to stand out. The right to be a minority without having to fear being bothered or even molested. So it makes great sense for ManiFest to participate.

We hope to see you for a fantastic party day in the streets of Copenhagen.
