𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦: The program is a possibility to find shortcuts to a more lustful life and step into new parts of yourself. A room where we can let go of shame, fears, and blockages to allow our natural life force to flow through. This course includes a weekend retreat where we can spend more time together and deepen our connection and process. You can also sign up separately to the program and the retreat. With a mix of dance, tantra, conscious sexuality, Somatic therapy, East African Rituals, and touch, we create a safe space for an expansion of our comfort zone. Every week there will be a new theme and during this period we will dance, express emotions, share secrets, cry, laugh, and explore self-love and pleasure in a held space. Some of the themes you can expect are: -Deep connection, play, and sisterhood/siblinghood -Self-regulation and somatic therapy -Boundary work - Saying yes and no -Moving from a teenage to adult sexuality -Attachments and how they affect our choices of relationships -Simple playful tools from kink and dominance & submission -East African Lovemaking Rituals -Lap Dancing The Retreat! From fall 2022 the program has a new structure that allows a deepening for those who have joined before. This means that there is no clear beginning and end but you will be brought new themes and exercises each week.
