Give up control. * INTRO: This course is a weekend initiation to the art of tying and being tied in a tantric setting. It will give you a fantastic introduction to the basic principles and philosophy of tantra, rope techniques, as well as how to create depth and sensuality through embodiment and polarity. You can sign up together with a partner, lover or friend that you feel comfortable sharing intimacy with. * WHO IS THIS FOR: The class is for beginners, who have tied a little before, or have no earlier experience. The class can also fit you who know some basic technique, but desire a more sensual and embodied rope practice to build a stronger connection with your partner/s. * CONTENT: This course is both a teaching and an experience. During the weekend you will be invited to both tantric theory, rope technique, embodiment and trust practices and ritualistic play. The beauty of Tantric Shibari offers you skills such as; asking yourself what you want and initiate that, listening to your partner's body language, staying present in intimacy, going deep into trance and actively choosing to surrender to touch and sensuality. The teachings have their roots in exploring intimate connections, where the ropes become a tool in order to practice (or come back to) something more fundamentally human, sensuality and pleasure. In order to experience sensuality a deep state of presence is needed, which we will carefully, curiously and pleasurably approach through the ropes. We will meet in what is; being a beginner, laughter, surrender, challenge, pleasure, curiosity and technicalities. ---> You will learn the fundamentals of rope; basic rope technique, several different tying patterns as well as improvisation. ---> You will learn how to physically move with more confidence, in order to meet in relaxation, playfulness, eroticism and trust. ---> You will learn the fundamentals of tantra, with both a traditional Indian understanding as well as a modern western approach. ---> You will learn to meet your partner through different themes and sensations like tenderness, confidence and sacred ceremonial settings. ---> You will walk away with both a beautiful experience, a new set of skills and a deeper connection with yourself and your partner. * PRACTICAL INFO: Registration: https://forms.gle/LM97o33xrYmhiv796 When: February 17-18 Schedule: Saturday: 11-13, Lunch, 14.30-17.30 Sunday: 12-14, Lunch, 15.30-17.30 Where: Bagarmossen Price: Super Early bird until January 21st: pay only 2200kr/person! Her way of tying is inspired by dance, contact improvisation, massage, meditation, bdsm and tantra. There is a focus on presence, sensuality and the deep contact between people, where the rope becomes a tool and a framework to experience one self and others.
