This was my new year's intention in 2023, and it keeps on growing on me! Most of us fail our new years resolution because we are not in alignment in the body when we set our intentions. The body does not think ahead, it adjusts to every moment. To develop our skill to be in the unknown and adjust to any given moment is probably the most valuable skill to develop if we do not want to override ourselves with our ideas. The interesting thing is that the earlier we listen to the body's needs the faster we recover and then we can still often get that thing done that we wanted! But if we override the body too many times, when we finally listen it's normally when we are already getting sick or burning out. This evening is a chance for all of us to come together to dance and celebrate but also to be guided into a meditation and share in about our challenges this year and intentions for 2024. You are welcome just as you are. You don't need to have figured things about before you come, you will be guided through the whole process! Note that the event is 7pm Central European Time. This even is a part of the Dance into Your Lust 6 Month program, this evening you are invited to join our community!
