ROPU NAWA X FREYA HELLESDIMS TWISTED APPROACH TO HASHIRA At this workshop we will present our non-dogmatic approach to hashira, tying floor based, partial and suspended hashira. The weekend will include static semenawa ties on the hashira, as hashira ties with our twisted approach. We will show you: • How to build an entire 360° tie around the hashira into a session • Unusual shapes that can be created on the hashira • What to keep an eye on to stay safe and (mostly) sane PRE REQUISITIONS FOR THE WEEKEND Both must be experienced and confident with • Doing various suspensions • Body management in Ropes RIGGERS • Suspension safe TK or Tenshi ROPE MODELS • Knows how to deal with breath restriction • Must know about nerves and risks in ropes LEVEL This workshop is good for intermediate and advanced Students. You don’t need previous Hashira experiences, because we are gonna build it up from the ground.
