Hi friends! I'm excited to announce a new group coaching container, held on zoom. 😍 (it's free!) Our first session is this coming Tuesday, and will be held every other week(ish). Times are a bit funky, but I'm trying to cover from Pacific coast of the US to Europe. :) I'll be hosting from Bellingham, WA. This is for you if - • You are craving more from your life and not finding it in your local community. • You are curious about life coaching but haven't felt ready to make the investment or commitment. • You are desiring a deeper, more authentic experience of your life • You want to shift from reactivity to conscious response. • You feel stuck and don't know what it will take to move forward in a new direction. I'll be leading light breathwork, read some animal messages from The Wild Unknown tarot deck, invite you to do some journal prompts, lead group discussion and/or breakout groups to further deepen connection, and invite anyone who wishes to be in the coaching hot-seat.
