På Mahalaya Vårfestival kommer det äga rum minst två workshoppar som kan vara av intresse för Darkside-medlemmar:

9 mars:
16:15--17:45 Dom-i-dans med hejohanna. Beskrivning nedan.

10 mars:
11:15--12:45 Shibari med Ea Bergstrand. Beskrivning nedan.

Programmet innehåller även mycket mer (dans, yoga, musik), jag vill särskilt rekommendera Men’s circle med Simon Brandt och Robert Törnqvist (9/3, 11:45) samt Tantra med Ea Bergstrand (10/3, 09:30)

Dom-i-dans workshop

Can you with peace of mind want someone else to lead, show you and maybe even control a part of your will? Can we feel great and proud when we are given responsibility for another person?
During this workshop we will explore leading and following in motion. Experience what it feels like to consciously shift power in the meeting with someone else. We try both physical distance and closeness to find maximum excitement, playfulness and dynamism.
Come as you are.

Shibari workshop

This is an introduction to what rope, shibari, as a method can contribute to an increased presence and awareness of one's own body. You will get to try an open and accessible approach to working with the ropes. The focus will not be on specific knots but on intention and how best to meet and hold another person using rope. No prior knowledge is required. This is a workshop where we work in pairs, so get together with someone or find someone at the festival to join the workshop with.
