Welcome to a rope workshop weekend in knivsta Stockholm 28 Feb - 2 Mars 2025

During the weekend, we will dive into the magical world of ropes together with Lahtnor, whose 20-year experience as an educator creates the content for the weekend dynamically.
The participants' unique experience to rope will shape what we go through together.
The weekend is both for those of you who are completely new to rope and those of you who have been at it for a while.

Prepare yourself for a wonderful meeting together during a weekend with knowledge and learning to take with you for your own expression as a rigger and as a model.

It will be possible to book a private lesson with Lahtnor during the weekend, regardless of whether you participate in the weekend's workshop or not
(first come first served as there are only a few places for these lessons contact is done via PM to lahtnor)

Examples of topics that might be taught during the weekend:
Single & double column tie
the upper body binding TK with 2-3 ropes
leg bindings
flow and efficient rope management
tying with intention and being able to see each other in rope
rope journey
rope history and origin
rope care and knowledge
the philosophy of the hard and soft rope
painting with rope: the art of transferring thought into action using the rope as a tool
Mobility and breathing
awareness and body awareness
hip harness for safe dynamic suspensions & general rope play

Start: Friday at 7pm welcome ritual and inauguration for the weekend
Saturday 10am-5pm workshop 5pm- Free play/dinner Saturday evening may look different depending on the wishes of the participants
Sunday 10am-1pm workshop
End at 1pm Sunday

you should bring at least 2-3 pieces of 7.5 meter rope (can be bought on site)
snacks, water bottle, good clothes for tying, such as yoga mats

No previous knowledge required
Will be a quiet event to ensure that you get the most out of the time to be able to deepen your knowledge.

Price: SEK 3,000 per couple for the whole weekend
(paid in advance according to PM after registration)
Registration takes place in pairs, Send first and last name in a personal message of you and your rope partner to Lahtnor
(only clicking "coming" to an event is NOT an approved registration)
there are only a few places so first come first served

Cancellation :
No later than 7 days before the workshop full refund
2-7 days before an administrative fee of 10% is charged
48 hours before Workshop no refund is given
