Preparatory Workshop Sunday, June 9 2013

If you have some knowledge to use ropes, and have knowledge to tie wrist bindings and various other easy techniques - then there is an opportunity to get “tuned up” in techniques so you also can participate in The PRO Workshop the week after.

We will go through the basic techniques as: Wrist ties, 2TK, 3TK, Basic principles in suspension (Kata Ashi Zuri) communications and the terms.
