Part 29: Eleven

Green eyes staring into mine. For a second I think it's just a dream. She is the mirror image of Maker.
"Lelo." Even her voice is the same.
"Maker said you were gone forever."
"I am Maker. You met Twelve."
"She calls herself Maker."
Eleven shrugs.
"How is Enigma?"
I suck in some air.
"You probably know it better than me." Her smile is just as radiant as Maker's. Try as I might I see no difference. Sense no difference. I have no idea what she wants, what to do next. I just look at her, concentrate on breathing.
Eleven sits at the end of Sebastian's bed.
"I came in when he went to work. He left you a note on the dresser."
"Oh."
"You probably wonder if I'm dangerous."
"Not really." I know that for a fact. That is the only thing I know about Eleven. Probably just as true for Twelve.
"I was wondering what to call you."
She looks surprised. Smiles.
"Clearly, there is much more to you than meets the eye, Lelo."
I sit up. She stands up, still smiling.
"What if I ask you to call me Maker?"
"What can I do for you, Maker?"
She steps closer. Looks up at me, with desire in her eyes. Stands on her toes to kiss me. No difference in how she tastes or how well she kisses. Soft pink lips teasing mine, her tongue discovers my mouth slowly. Gently. She hums as the kiss gets deeper, more passionate. Hugs me to her, takes my face in her little hands. Her eyes close, I feel the desire growing in her, in me. Soon we are on top of the bed, entangled, lost in each other.
"Lelo." Her voice is tender, asking.
"Yes?" I look into the green eyes. See only love.
I decide not to get fooled by it.
Not this time.
