An Advanced Guide to Male Multiple Orgasms: The Precision Edging Technique
Through this guide to male multiple orgasms, I hope to help you make sense of the mess and complexity of male multiple orgasms and ultimately help you on your journey to male multiple orgasms. You can listen to this article by looking this up the title on YouTube and find better formatting on Medium.

List of Techniques for Male Multiple Orgasms
I want to first start with the array of techniques. If you read any book or blog about male multiple orgasms, you will probably encounter at least one of the techniques on my list. Below, I provided the most comprehensive list of proposed, hypothetical techniques to date for non-ejaculatory orgasms and multiple refractory orgasms with ejaculation throughout the day:

For non-ejaculatory orgasms, partial non-refractory ejaculatory orgasms, and several other orgasm-like sensations, people generally use at least one of the following techniques:

Breathing techniques
Prostate stimulation
External anal stimulation
Deep-spot stimulation (about 5 to 6 inches into the anus)
Perineal stimulation
Nipple stimulation
Vagus nerve stimulation
Stomach stimulation
Vibrator stimulation
Body movements and dance
Impact play
Neuro-linguistic programming
Kegels
Pressing the perineum right before ejaculation
Rubbing only the head of the penis
Penile-base-only stimulation
Edging (Start-stop style, ruined orgasms, 50% edging, flaccid edging, only kegels, mental-only stimulation, or no penis touching)
Pinching the urethra
Visualization
Electro-stimulation
Jack Johnston’s Key Sound
Moving energy around the body, to gods, the cosmos, or between realms
Meditation
Stimulating the internal penis
Relaxing the body
Rewiring the brain through quitting porn
Only stimulating the penis when flaccid
Recreational drugs
Erection-enhancing drugs
Semen retention
Music and biaural beats
Reiki and other spiritual practices
For multiple refractory orgasms with ejaculation throughout the day, most approaches focus on staying motivated after orgasm or being able to reach a subsequent orgasm. Later, I will discuss another approach called the progressive stimulation technique:

Watching pornography after ejaculation
Continuing to play with a partner after ejaculation
Using stroker toys and vibrators to force more orgasms
Taking Viagra and other erection-aiding substances
Enhancing the experience through recreational drugs
Using drugs that are intended to decrease the post-ejaculatory refractory time
Making sense of the orgasmic or orgasm-like sensations from these techniques

There is currently no research on how any of these techniques might influence orgasms, what sensations they correlate with, and which are most effective. They are all potential factors of one’s arousal trajectory, which will be discussed later.

Some are correlated with different types of orgasms or orgasm-like sensations: prostate orgasms, penile orgasms, internal and external anal orgasms, energy orgasms, tantric orgasms, nipple orgasms, coregasms, braingasms, eargasms, mindgasms, full body orgasms, blended orgasms, and many, many more, which may or may not be considered orgasms by definitions in the literature. Some are correlated with different neurologic subtle body sensations, which some people consider orgasms. These sensations have entirely different inputs and trajectories than the arousal curve. In fact, some can even be experienced in the refractory period, where genital orgasms cannot occur.

Before I go into the precision edging technique and all that jazz, I want to note something that can help you make sense of this mess of a topic.

Through reading 1000s of research papers and 1000s of forum posts and books by people reporting multiple orgasms, I came to realize that people call all kinds of sensations orgasms. While sometimes there is no other word for these ineffable, often pleasurable sensations, it sure does make sensemaking much more complex.

People who use popular techniques, such as prostate stimulation as described by the Aneros community and microcosmic orbit as described by Mantak Chia, generally report feeling what I call neurologic subtle body sensations, like tingling, feelings of energy waves, feelings of warmth, electric feelings, and contractions throughout the body, which some will consider an orgasm under expanded, often tantric definitions. While rarer, internal anal stimulation can also create local climaxes usually with a series of involuntary anal contractions or mini plateau phase anal/prostate orgasms without contractions, both of which fit the stricter definitions/typologies of orgasm used in research. While it is possible to have the penile-non-/ejaculatory-orgasm-like, explosive orgasm through internal anal stimulation or prostate stimulation alone or a climax in these stimulated regions, it is rare and usually requires simultaneous penile stimulation, as found by the Atlas of Receptive Anal Intercourse (2023).

Are these orgasm-like sensations orgasms? Depends on the definition. Is one multiorgasmic if they, say, experience ASMR 100 times in an hour or frisson or energy movement more than once in a short amount of time while meditating, getting a massage, or dancing at a rave? Again, depends on the definition. In the future, I’d like to discuss hypotheses for why each “works” and what kind of feelings or altered states are reported with each.

I want to be upfront with the sensation that I’m talking about experiencing. It is the same feeling felt with an ejaculatory orgasm on the penis or in another body region, such as my anus, but without ejaculation. This is what many expect when they come looking to learn multiple orgasms, not some other bodily sensation that is considered an orgasm by expanded definitions. I feel many of these other sensations too, and they are indeed pleasurable, powerful, potentially life-changing, transformative, and can elicit altered states, but I want to let you know what I mean by multiple penile non-ejaculatory orgasms and that they are different from, say, sensations of microcosmic orbit or p-waves from prostate stimulation.

Then, what do I mean by multiple orgasms? Several definitions of multiple orgasms exist for males and females. Many conflict with each other. Many also do not state specific times between orgasms. Some definitions state two orgasms in a session. However, if that session is 2 hours long and the time between orgasms was 40 minutes, was it really multiple orgasms? Some would say “yes” if no ejaculation and refractory period occurred. I’d consider this case as many orgasms throughout a session rather than multiple orgasms.

Wibowo and Wassersug’s meta-analysis of the literature on male multiple orgasms suggested two types: sporadic and condensed. Sporadic multiple orgasms are defined as a series of orgasms with varying intervals, where erection is maintained and increased stimulation is required to reach subsequent orgasms; condensed multiple orgasms, on the other hand, occur with much shorter intervals (around two to four orgasms in a few seconds to two minutes) and do not necessitate intensified genital stimulation between orgasms.

This is basically just differentiating non-status orgasmus from status orgasmus, which isn’t very helpful considering the variety of sensations felt in different anatomical regions. I also do not think erection and whether “intensified genital stimulation is needed” is important for orgasm typology, especially since erection is not needed for both ejaculatory and non-ejaculatory orgasms. It’s more a description of the time between orgasms (interorgasmic latency time) than a description of what is felt, how it is felt, and where it is felt.

In the absence of a solid definition, I will use the following definition (even though it, too, can have some flaws):

“Two or more penile orgasms without a refractory period, usually with an involuntary series of anal contractions, with those occurring seconds apart being termed “status orgasmus,” those occurring minutes apart being termed “non-status orgasmus orgasms,” and those occurring over 15 minutes apart being beyond the multiorgasmic classification.”

From an multi-orgasmic agnostic to a ultra-orgasmic male

Until about 10 years ago, I was very skeptical of the possibility that males could have multiple explosive penile orgasms with a full series of anal contractions (the best correlate of orgasm) as defined by the strictest definitions for multiple clitoral orgasms in females and orgasms in males. I am not fond of calling any other bodily sensation an orgasm, although a more specific word might not always be known or available. More on my epiphany later.

Over the last 15 years of my multiorgasmic journey, I have read everything I could find to try to make sense of how males could have multiple orgasms: 1000s of research papers, blogs, forum posts, and books on a variety of topics related to orgasm. I tried almost every technique above, except some drugs, to varying outcomes. In this search to maximize my multiorgasmic potential, I have experienced $20,000 worth of toys, including the several Aneros toys, the Njoy, custom toys, wand vibrators, Fleshlights, dildos, sex machines, bullet vibrators, vintage vibrators, power tools, the Sybian, floggers, canes, ropes, and a ton of other kink toys and pervert-ables.

Fast forward a decade, and I am extremely multiorgasmic, with extended sexual response far beyond what is described in the literature. Here’s my graph of 23 orgasms in 13 minutes from my project-in-progress, which uses multiple interdisciplinary frameworks to conceptualize my multiorgasmic, multitypological experience. For simplicity, for this test of my method of exhaustion concept (where I throw as many interdisciplinary frameworks at an experience as possible to better approximate the experience), I just recorded a quickie rather then several 30+ minute sessions and did not count neurologic subtle body sensations, only orgasms that were explosive, reflected strict definitions, and usually involved involuntary anal contractions.

The type of orgasm is determined by where the explosion is felt. Super is a subjective term for orgasms that are far more powerful than one’s other intense orgasms. The anal orgasms were explosive climaxes felt only in my ass that I had by pressing my Domi 2 vibrator onto my anus forcefully while I precision edged. They feel like the rung of my asshole is going to go flying across the room. Blended orgasms were when I had explosive orgasms in my penis and anus at the same time. Many were “full body” meaning that the orgasms triggered other neurologic ASMR-like subtle body sensations, which I usually felt down my back and on my head, neck, and arms.

Next, I will discuss what works for me for multiple non-ejaculatory penile orgasms, multi-ejaculatory orgasms throughout the day, and multiple anal orgasms.

Note: Everyone is highly complex and individual. Experiences will vary. I hope I’m not so much of an outlier, and others can acquire a multi-orgasmic ability similar to me. You may need to try beginner techniques, especially start-and-stop style edging and kegels to get a sense of the orgasm threshold and the ejaculatory threshold before moving onto precision edging.

Precision Edging for Multiple Non-Ejaculatory Orgasms
Precision edging is a technique where one uses carefully calibrated amounts of psycho-stimulatory input to “surf” above the minimum orgasm threshold (the orgasm zone) for the full length of the orgasm without mentally or physically stimulating to the ejaculatory/refractory threshold/point of no return.

A non-ejaculatory penile orgasm is a climax of sexual pleasure typically lasting 6 to 20 seconds that is not followed by ejaculation and a refractory period. In status orgasmus, which, according to researcher Umit Sayin, only 1% of multiorgasmic females report, and an unknown amount of males report, males can have a chain of orgasm back to back to back, which can last several minutes.

With non-ejaculatory orgasms, there is no refractory period. You can have another non-ejaculatory orgasm seconds after the previous non-ejaculatory orgasm or minutes later. Importantly, a non-ejaculatory orgasm is different from anejaculation, where no ejaculation occurs (usually due to medical conditions). The opposite, anorgasmia, can also happen, which is when ejaculation occurs, but no orgasm precedes. It is also different from retrograde ejaculation, where one experiences an ejaculation that goes backward into the bladder.

Just like ejaculatory orgasms, non-ejaculatory orgasms vary in intensity, perhaps even more so. Orgasms may be more intense than ejaculatory orgasms or very light, almost unnoticeable, kind of like what some females call mini-orgasms or half-orgasms, and some researchers call plateau phase orgasms. Some orgasms come with contractions, while some just on the edge of the orgasm threshold will not. The closer one is to the ejaculatory threshold, the more likely contractions will occur.

Surfing the orgasm zone

Below, I have a graph of my arousal curve and my reversed engineered approximated arousal trajectory, orgasm threshold, and ejaculatory threshold based on 1.) the time I reported orgasms and 2.) how far at the moment I felt from the point of no return/refractory threshold through gaging the feeling of ejaculatory inevitablity.

The blue line is the arousal trajectory in the time series. The orange line is Omin, the minimum of the orgasmic threshold, the point where once crossed, orgasm occurs. The green line is the minimum ejaculatory threshold, where partial ejaculatory orgasms without a refractory period occur. The grey line is the refractory threshold/full ejaculatory threshold/point of no return. The red dot is the moment of orgasm, where the arousal trajectory in my time series data and my orgasm threshold orgasm intersect. You can see where the ozone (orgasm zone) and ezone (ejaculation zone) are below.

Sensing the thresholds

If you pay close attention to your orgasm and ejaculation, you may notice that you feel the orgasm 2 to 5 seconds before you ejaculate. It is commonly described as 90% of the point of no return, but this number can vary, because the orgasm threshold, being a non-fixed quasi-threshold, can change distance from the point of no return.

Many males stimulate so intensely or broadly with their whole fist or powerful vibrator or stroker or someone’s orifice that they do not sense the cutoff between orgasm and ejaculation. Their rush to the finish line or broad stimulation make the thresholds indistinguishable.

When you experience an orgasm, you have either met or exceeded the psychological and stimulatory threshold to have that orgasm. When you experience an ejaculation, you have either met or exceeded the psychological and stimulatory threshold to have that ejaculation. Each orgasm has its own threshold to meet before orgasm can occur.

The threshold is very dependent on the individual, their sensitivity, their sexual health and function, level of arousal, and refractory period length. It varies from moment to moment based on a complex interaction of an infinite series of factors and changes in distance from the other thresholds, so each is technically a quasi-threshold. The thresholds change with each given orgasm, so one must be skilled at interoception and mindfulness to notice them. Interoception can be enhanced through martial arts, bodybuilding, meditation, dance, yoga, bodywork, massage, kink practices, and several other awareness-building activities, which may or may not transfer to the practice of recognizing threshold-specific sensations.

Precision edging, therefore, is a balancing act, just like surfing. Awareness of how much more stimulation is needed for the next orgasm can be learned through practice and precise approaches.

Overtime, you can get a sense of what the thresholds feel like. For me, ozone min feels like peak orgasmic pleasure, with ozone max feeling this peak orgasmic pleasure with involuntary anal contractions without any partial ejaculatory or refractory period. The ezone feels like ejaculatory inevitability, with partial ejaculations at ozone min and a full ejaculatory orgasm with a refractory period at ezone max. These feelings are often felt simultaneously during an ejaculatory orgasm, so they can be difficult to distinguish.

Before males can ejaculate (before spermarche), they can feel the orgasm in isolation without the interference of the ejaculatory mechanism. This orgasm is very similar to the female clitoral orgasm. If you remember experiencing orgasms before spermarche, they will feel just like this. With your adult body knowledge of what you like and adult toys, you can make them much stronger.

Precision edging versus other forms of edging

Several types of edging exist:

Low arousal edging is where one masturbates far away from any sense of ejaculatory threshold or inevitability. One may tease on and off or use some technique not to boost arousal to orgasmic threshold levels. This segment might include many of those in the gooner groups, where edging is an all-day event.
Start-stop style edging is when people go right up to either the minimum orgasm threshold or the partial ejaculatory threshold and then stop all stimulation in an effort to prevent ejaculation and have a non-ejaculatory orgasm. Kegel techniques are commonly used in conjunction with start-stop style edging. Partial ejaculatory orgasms without a refractory period are common with this technique. Usually, because stimulation is more vigorous and people tend to stop at the partial ejaculatory threshold, people usually do not go beyond five orgasms with this technique before “failing.” While great for beginners, I have not found this technique to be very effective and sustainable for reaching the double and triple digits. It is like sprinting to the end of the cliff and stopping before falling off.
With precision edging, one can stimulate continuously from orgasm to orgasm, so long as you are careful to approximate the stimulation needed to orgasm without going over the edge. I liken this to tiptoeing with confidence on the edge of the cliff or carefully walking on the tightrope of pleasure. It sounds like it takes a lot of concentration, but it takes no more concentration than meditation or focusing on the sensation of massage.

What happens after a non-ejaculatory orgasm? How does it compare to the aftereffects of the ejaculatory orgasm?

Both non-ejaculatory orgasms and ejaculatory orgasms are welcome in my body.

A non-ejaculatory orgasm multiplies arousal but also often includes a small post-orgasm deviation value that lowers it minusculely respective to the ejaculatory threshold that sends one out of the ever-moving ozone. After each orgasm, it is normal to feel a slight post-orgasm deviation in the distance between your arousal trajectory and the next orgasm threshold.

So, even though arousal is boosted to new heights and potentially a more endorphin-fueled altered state is created, the arousal trajectory dips below the minimum orgasm threshold at the end of each non-ejaculatory orgasm. If you could zoom in on my graph of my 23 orgasms, you’d see a small deviation in arousal at the end of some of my orgasms. When this does not happen, I stay in the ozone from orgasm to orgasm, with my arousal boosting at each orgasm and a post-orgasm deviation value of zero. This is called an orgasm train or status orgasmus.

After several non-ejaculatory orgasms, I have entered several altered states, feel cum-drunk, dizzy, loopy, and am glowing with arousal and pleasure, even following my final ejaculation. Alleged altered states from sex can include the perceptions, experiences, and hallucinations of kundalini, merging with the partner, unio mystica, transports, out-of-body experiences, being one with nature, trespass, shapeshifting, the third presence, visions, sensing past lives, the void, clairsentience, telepathy, channeling, deity possession, boundlessness, and gender bending (Wade, 2021).

In contrast, a full ejaculatory orgasm with a refractory period has a large deviation value in arousal, which sends the arousal trajectory down to lower levels (not necessarily baseline) like a roller coaster. This refractory period can last a couple minutes to a couple days. Another orgasm cannot occur until the end of this refractory period. You can see the huge deviation in my orgasm trajectory on the 23rd orgasm.

After a full ejaculatory orgasm, it’s common to feel tired and more and more tired with each full ejaculatory orgasm throughout the day. If these were preceded by lots of non-ejaculatory orgasms, you will fell a blend of both aftereffects.

You may be able to have 15 non-ejaculatory orgasms, have an ejaculatory orgasm, wait some time, have 20 more non-ejaculatory orgasms, have an ejaculatory orgasm, wait some time, and have 25 additional non-ejaculatory orgasms, wait some time, have 30 additional non-ejaculatory orgasms, have an ejaculatory orgasm, and then have even more.

How to Precision Edge

There are several ways to precision edge.

For precision edging, people tend to follow the following steps:

Stimulate the penis until you feel orgasm is close.
Once close, try to get as close to orgasm as possible.
Once you are close to the orgasm threshold, it is time to precisely stimulate the penis. Stimulate enough to orgasm but not enough to ejaculate or hit the point of no return. You want to stay in the ozone and avoid the ezone. If you hit the ezone and experience a partial non-refractory ejaculation, simply decrease stimulation, stop stimulation, or change the region of stimulation to bring arousal down to the ozone or sub-ozone levels.

When you are right near the orgasm threshold, you can try some of the following approaches:

Using gentle, multi-speed toys and slow, soft motions: Some use a paint brush, some use one finger, and I use light vibrators (usually the We-Vibe Tango X, a cheap rechargeable bullet vibe, or a biothesiometer). I hold it at one location at a time, as if my penis was covered in 100s of clitoral glandes with the most sensitive clits at region A and the least sensitive clits at region G (see dildo diagram below).

Changing the pressure of the stimulation: Generally, stronger pressure provides less control and larger boosts of arousal than gentle pressure.
Using the handle side of a vibrator: A trick to use when around the orgasm threshold is to use the bullet vibrator backwards on the handle side, so that you are only feeling the transferred vibration and not the full vibration at its source. This will give you more control and precision.

Tapping the penis with a vibrator: If the lightest stimulation, like the wind blowing, can send you over the edge and you do not want to stop for a moment to let arousal dip, you can try gently tapping on a spot of the penis with your vibrator at 1 to 10 second intervals. I prefer this to the built-in rhythm programs of the vibrators, since they tend to be quicker (0.5 second intervals at the slowest).

Stimulating less sensitive regions on the penis: Through stimulating less sensitive regions on the penis, one decreases any hypersensitivity while only slightly boosting arousal. The diagram below shows the sensitivity according to the regions: A Frenulum, B Glans and Regions Next to Frenulum, C Middle of Penis, D Lower 3rd of Penis, E Lower 5th of Penis, F Very Bottom of Penis, and G Beside Penis or Stimulation of Internal Penis through Perineum. When you find a spot that brings you too close to ejaculating, such as A or B, you can move down to C through G for less intense stimulation that is more controlled. I prefer the bottom of the penis to the top or sides.

I recommend trying each of these and learning precision edging through masturbation. It is much more difficult to do through the larger stimulation of the vagina or anus, with your focus on your partner, and with the increased excitability and the biological urge to ejaculate inside their vagina or anus. I can do it in intercourse as well after many years of practice.

Once you get close to orgasm using the stimulation of your choice, you can figure out how you like to touch yourself with less pressure, speed, and stimulation. I prefer to use either a pinpoint vibrator or rubbing with one or two fingers on a spot of my penis. I can also do it with my custom glass or aluminum stroker toy, since it’s not very stimulating.

The vibrators I use are depicted below. Each has the capability of producing very little vibration, so that you can be precise with your edging. From right to left, they are a biothesiometer, rechargeable multi-speed vibrator, a multi-speed miniwand, and the rumbly multi-speed We-Vibe Tango X.

The biothesiometer was what changed everything for me. The biothesimeter is a medical tool that tests nerve sensitivity. I found one on Ebay and decided to buy it and masturbate with it to see how far my precision edging could take me. It was so precise and light of a vibration that I could confidently precision edge for the first time.

While high as a kite, I had over 100 orgasms in about 40 minutes, keeping it right on spot A most of the time at almost unnoticeable levels of vibration. My anus was constantly contracting, and my cock jumped all over the place in pulsations. The bullet vibrator can have much of the same effect for less money. I find myself using lower regions like D through G when the lowest setting is enough to make me ejaculate or hit the point of no return. I avoid region B at the top of the glans, since this part can get hypersensitive. Glans stimulation can be fun for male squirting with the rosy palm technique, however (which is not dependent on the orgasm threshold since male squirting can be experienced during the refractory period).

Unlike more powerful vibrators, stroker toys, or stimulation with a hand, the stimulation is so precise that starting and stopping is not necessary, except briefly maybe after 40 orgasms in 30 minutes. The light stimulation can be continuous, as you have orgasm after orgasm — coming, fading, and coming again.

The miniwand and We-Vibe Tango are my go-tos for everyday use. I tend to use bullets for prolonged sessions of precision edging. I stimulate on high until I feel close to orgasm and then hold it as low on my penis as possible, at the part where the penis enters the testicles, with my erect penis laying on my abdominals.

As part of my nightly quickie, I have at least 10 to 15 non-ejaculatory orgasms, ejaculate, and then go to bed. All except the biothesiometer and We-Vibe Tango can be purchased for less than $25. Other vibrators can be employed if these vibrators are not strong enough. I can sometimes precision edge with much stronger vibrators, like the Hitachi, and stroker toys after 8 or 9 ejaculatory orgasms. However, in most cases, these powerful vibrators will just force an ejaculation because the stimulatory thresholds for orgasm and ejaculation are too quickly exceeded.

It may take some time for you to precisely stimulate to orgasm without hitting the ejaculatory threshold. Mind-orgasm-threshold connection is important to recognize orgasm. Noting meditation can help build awareness of an orgasm’s building, arriving, remaining, and fading.

Some orgasms will be almost unnoticeable, while others will be moderate to incredibly intense. Try counting orgasm length to get an idea of how long you will feel each climax. As you build awareness, you will be able to distinguish what sensations coincide with each threshold, which will help refine your technique as a precision edger.

In addition, please remember that the stimulatory threshold for each given orgasm changes. After 40+ minutes of orgasms with even the lightest vibrators, it’s common to be somewhat numb, so instead of decreasing vibration to hit the targeted stimulatory threshold, you might need to increase the intensity or change the type of stimulation from a vibrator to fingers.

After experiencing a series of non-ejaculatory orgasms, you can choose to ejaculate and then hit the point of no return or can take a break for, say, five minutes, and then come back for more. I find this helps sometimes if I am having many orgasms and need to rehydrate, pee, or find some music to enjoy.

Sometimes I have partial ejaculations during non-ejaculatory orgasms. It is not a full ejaculation, because I do not have a refractory period afterward until I fully trigger the ejaculatory reflex through more stimulation. This happens when I stimulate extremely close to the ejaculatory threshold, where only like three drops of ejaculate comes out. I can have multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms within seconds of this initial spurt, usually accompanied by a couple involuntary anal contractions. For me, contractions happen on some non-ejaculatory orgasms, but do not really correlate with the intensity of the climax.

After having multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms, I feel like my body is flooded with pleasure chemicals and desire for love and intimacy, not sleepy like after an ejaculatory orgasm. If I continue to ejaculate, the feeling of the orgasmic high is still there, but it’s combined with the exhausted feeling.

Precision edging with the regional stimulation method has been essential in my joy of non-ejaculatory orgasms. You may find other techniques listed earlier to work with precision edging.

Non-ejaculatory orgasms can take some trial and error. It took me years to figure out and years to master. I’m not sure how long it would take to learn with the information already available. I would guess anywhere from a week to a couple years in males with healthy sexual function and good mind-body awareness.

Approach for Many Ejaculatory Orgasms throughout the Day
Multiple ejaculatory orgasms are orgasms that are combined with ejaculation. If you have had at least one orgasm in your life, it is most likely an ejaculatory orgasm. It is common for those who first discover masturbation to masturbate many times a day, having a short refractory period. This refractory period tends to increase with age and ranges from minutes to days.

Some males can ejaculate many times a day, and few have very short refractory periods. In a masturbation competition called the Masturbate-a-thon, the reported record for multiple orgasms in one day was set by Michael Hariprem in 2008 who had thirty-one orgasms. It is unknown how they kept track of the orgasms and if they were non-ejaculatory, full ejaculatory, or partial ejaculatory orgasms. A case study describes a participant who experienced six ejaculatory orgasms in 36 minutes, but these could also have been partial ejaculatory orgasms. Because the participant did not lose an erection, this is likely what it was. The complete loss of the erection would have evidenced their entering a refractory period.

When people typically talk about multiple ejaculatory orgasms, they generally refer to one of two things: Multiple orgasms throughout the day or multiple orgasms in a short time. I recognize them as both abilities, but they need to be distinguished. Multiple orgasms in a short time I call consecutive ejaculatory multiple orgasms. Multiple orgasms throughout the day I call periodic ejaculatory multiple orgasms.

Consecutive ejaculatory multiple orgasms are repeated ejaculatory multiple orgasms that occur close together. Unlike having multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms, which do not contain the refractory period or resolution phase, a male who has multiple ejaculatory orgasms will experience all four of Masters and Johnson’s four stages of arousal several times in a single day.

There is no agreed-upon definition for multiple orgasms with ejaculation and a short refractory period. I decided to create a spectrum definition for consecutive multiple orgasms that depends on time between orgasm phases:

Time between Orgasms: 0–5 Minutes = Highly Multi-Orgasmic
Time between Orgasms: 6–10 Minutes = Moderately Multi-Orgasmic
Time between Orgasms: 11–15 Minutes = Mildly Multi-Orgasmic
Time between Orgasms: 16–20 Minutes = Marginally Multi-Orgasmic
With this scale, many teenagers fall within the mildly or marginally multi-orgasmic range, having a naturally shorter refractory period. Older individuals are less likely to experience consecutive ejaculatory orgasms close together. While refractory periods tend to increase with age, recent research has suggested that age is not always a factor in determining one’s ability to have multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms, with some participants over the age of 70 reporting multiple orgasms.

Periodic multiple orgasms are orgasms spaced periodically throughout the day more than 30 minutes between sessions. Periodic multiple orgasms are not usually considered to be multiple orgasms in studies. However, I have encountered posters on forums, such as Reddit, that consider this as a multi-orgasmic ability. I agree.

Consecutive multiple orgasms can be compared to a sprinter, whereas periodic multiple orgasms can be likened to a multi-orgasmic marathon runner. Generally, if one can have consecutive multiple orgasms, one can have periodic multiple orgasms. Yet, few who can have periodic multiple orgasms can have consecutive multiple orgasms. Younger males tend to be more likely to experience periodic multiple orgasms.

A technique for consecutive ejaculatory multiple orgasms and periodic multiple orgasms
The technique I use for consecutive multiple orgasms and periodic multiple orgasms is the same.

While precision edging can be useful for multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms, a technique I named the progressive stimulation technique can help maximize multiple orgasms.

The progressive stimulation technique involves using the minimum amount of physical and mental stimulation for each ejaculatory orgasm.

Notice that I said maximizing. There are many ways to have 2 to 4 ejaculatory orgasms in a day. However, my technique is helpful to have 12 or more ejaculatory orgasms. My record was 16 ejaculatory orgasms in 8 hours. If I would have had the whole day to myself, I might have had more.

The progressive stimulation technique is useful to reduce numbness and sensitivity to touch. If you ever masturbated or had sex multiple times a day, you may feel tired or unmotivated for more sex, your penis can feel numb and desensitized (especially after using a powerful vibrator), and your penis might be sensitive to the touch.

For the tiredness and motivation, use whatever motivates you and turns you on. I find that playing earlier in the day, being around a high-sex drive partner, and strategically inducing fantasy and porn for later orgasms can be useful to renew desire for more ejaculatory orgasms with perhaps some non-ejaculatory orgasms beforehand.

I’ve found that watching porn too early can be counterintuitive because I get too excited on orgasm 1 and do not save much excitement for orgasms, say, 8 and 9. Plus, if you are too excited, too soon it is more difficult to have non-ejaculatory orgasms before each multiple ejaculatory orgasm. Saving your favorite turn-ons or pornography for later can also help. Plus, anticipation alone can be a motivator.

Before using the progressive stimulation technique, you need to identify the minimum about of stimulation required to reach the ejaculatory threshold and have an ejaculatory orgasm. This can take some time and practice, so it is good to set aside some time without distractions and to be patient. The amount of stimulation required to have an ejaculatory orgasm is a little more than what was required to reach the orgasmic threshold. The amount of stimulation required to have each subsequent ejaculatory orgasm tends to increase after each ejaculation. It may take 5 minutes for the first orgasm but 30 minutes for the tenth orgasm.

Using the progressive stimulation technique
To use the progressive stimulation technique for your first ejaculatory orgasm of a series, you will need to be as gentle as possible to make your penis not numb, hypersensitized, desensitized, or chafe. I will reference the diagram for the regional stimulation method from earlier when explaining this technique.

For the first ejaculatory orgasm, I recommend stimulating either G or F, depending on which can get you off. You can use a light vibrator like a bullet on the lowest setting possible, your fingers in a “perfect” sign, or one or two fingers to massage a small area. Pressure should be as light as possible, and speed should be as low as possible. Essentially, you are saving the sensitivity of the rest of the penis for when it is needed in later orgasms. At this step, I prefer to be very meditative and not worry about fantasy or pornography. I am using only my body. If you can orgasm with your mind alone, however, this is the time to do it. If you need to use A or B, I recommend using as light a vibrator and as little pressure as necessary.
For the second ejaculatory orgasm, I like to either slightly increase the vibration, pressure, or speed of my fingers on G or F. You can experiment with increasing the stimulation or region of stimulation by moving up to E or D. I find that increasing stimulation on a lower region is preferable to moving up since regions close the frenulum (A), which become hypersensitive more quickly.

For the third ejaculatory orgasm, you may be able to use the same stimulation as one of the previous orgasms, either G or F. This is what I ideally try to do. If you need more stimulation, either increase the speed of your finger, hand, or vibrator, or change the region of stimulation up higher on the penis. Slow intercourse or oral sex can be akin to the level of stimulation that I use at this level.

For the fourth ejaculatory orgasm, I gradually increase the stimulation and vibration. I might switch to my miniwand vibrator and choose a lower setting and increase the setting with each orgasm until the maximum speed is reached and I am stimulating region A with pressure. You will need to see what your body likes. I use the miniwand for as long as it works, having up to 8 ejaculatory orgasms. Occasionally I will use my hand to give my body a break from vibration. Whatever works and desensitizes, sensitizes, or chafes least is best. Medium to very hard, tight, and wet intercourse can be akin to the level of stimulation that I use at this level.
Once the weak vibrators or even your hand is too weak that the new ejaculatory threshold is very difficult to reach or unreachable, I recommend either a stroker toy or stronger vibrator, like a Hitachi, Doxy wand, or percussion massager with a towel for padding. At this point, the regional stimulation method is not as useful. Its purpose is to get you into later orgasms, before you need to bring out the big guns. Feel free to watch your favorite porn while you’re at it, or save it for later if you still feel like you can bust a couple more out. You may need to bring in the big guns much sooner if the weak ones are not working for you. I still recommend starting on regions G and F and working toward regions B and A and seeing what works for you.
For ejaculatory orgasms 9 and onward, I force them out of myself with powerful vibrators on region A or stroker toys. I do whatever I can to reach the ejaculatory threshold. I press my penis into a Sybian, attach a stroker toy to a fucking machine, pound my penis with a percussion massager, and bare down with a powerful wand.

A Concluding Note

I do not recommend continuing or operating heavy machinery if you feel extremely sore, nauseous, dizzy, dehydrated, fatigued, or stupefied, unless you really want to break some world record. After extreme amounts of non-ejaculatory orgasms and ejaculatory orgasms, I sometimes experience altered states, temporary brain fog, difficulty thinking, dehydration, a headache, dizziness, drowsiness, tiredness, fatigue, and nausea. These are all temporary, so don’t cite this in your next anti-masturbation campaign, okay? To decrease side effects, I prefer to have non-ejaculatory orgasms (after which I feel more love drunk) and just a few ejaculatory orgasms. For this reason, I try not to operate machinery after a day of many orgasms. I hope that these techniques bring you much joy and many orgasms.
